• Standard Rate:

Cancel before 15 days for full refund. No refund allowed if you cancel within 15 days and check-in date.

• Non-Refundable Rate:

Non-refundable for bookings made for October/November/February/March months every year. In case of a cancellation, 100% of the total amount will be charged as cancellation fee.

Important information:

- Our Guest-houses are fully Non-Smoking zone. Consumption of alcohol or tobacco is strictly prohibited.

- Due to the fact that the hotel is surrounded by many apartments it is required that guests, particularly those in groups are respective in regards to noise during the stay.

- No parties are allowed at the premises.

- Please note that the check-in time is 13:00 Hrs and Check out time is 11:00 Hrs.

- Guests are required to show a Government issued photo identification upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
